WWE Signs Serena Deeb
WWE has added an extremely talented female performer to their roster. The company recently signed Serena Deeb to a developmental contract.
The 23 year old Virginia native becomes the latest person to join the WWE developmental program. She is expected to report to Florida Championship Wrestling pretty soon to begin her training.
Her training shouldn't take as long as other people because she was in the Ohio Valley Wrestling developmental program, which is quite similar to the WWE style. Plus, her list of trainers (Al Snow, "Dr Death" Steve Williams, Robert Gibson, Danny Davis, Lance Storm, Tom Pritchard, and Terry Taylor) are as impressive as it gets.
Serena Deeb also spent the past three years working for SHIMMER, which is where most of the top female performers on the independent wrestling circuit work.
Closing Thoughts
Glad to hear that she finally got signed by WWE. She's one of those that actually want to become a professional wrestler. She's worked for years to get to that spot as opposed to just joining the company because she wants exposure for a career in the entertainment industry.
