Update: FCW Developmental Talents

-- In an update on WWE developmental wrestler Alberto Banderas (Dos Caras, Jr.), he has not been released by the company (as some have speculated due to his picture no longer appearing on the official website of Florida Championship Wrestling). He is presently inactive due to injury.

-- In an update on Low Ki (known as Kawal in developmental), he is still recovering from reconstructive knee surgery. He too is still under contact to World Wrestling Entertainment.

-- After several months of inactivity, DJ Gabriel has been dropped from the main WWE roster. His profile was removed yesterday from the ECW roster section. It should be noted, however, that he has not been released as he's been appearing in the company's developmental promotion as of late. The young British wrestler has not appeared in a WWE ring since being split from his manager, Alicia Fox, during April's 2009 Supplemental Draft. He recently begun donning a mask and going under the name "Mr. FCW" in Florida Championship
Wrestling.

Update: Jim Ross on Health and More

Jim Ross has a new blog entry up at JrsBarBQ.com, here are the highlights…
On His health: We got some medical tests back this morning which eliminated me having MS which was a relief. We had been waiting on that news for over a week. We have more tests scheduled next week as the process is essentially trying to eliminate issues that I might have but likely don't. The waiting process gets a little stressful and my wife is a Saint for putting up with my orneriness as patience isn't a virtue for yours truly.

On WWE Moving On Without Him: One concerned emailer to this site responded to my last blog with the fact that WWE has "moved on without me." The way I see it, WWE had to move on without me, for now, as they have shows to do and I am unable to carry my share of the water. If the new broadcast teams click and I am not needed on a weekly basis then, poor me, I will find other projects on which to work. Yeah, getting off the road 51 weeks a year would be a real heart breaker. I'm partially joking here but until I get healthy WWE has to move forward without me and get their work done. I am pulling for Todd Grisham and Matt Striker to light it up on Friday night's.

On Brock Lesnar: Did you know that Paul Heyman "consults" Brock Lesnar on selected projects? Strategic move by Brock who doesn't like to deal with matters of this sort. I hope the UFC Champion gets well soon and enjoys the holidays while preparing for his next fight tentatively scheduled for January 2010. If I'm still on IR, or whatever, I might try and make that one in Vegas.

On Lance Cade: Good to see Lance Cade regroup and get back with WWE. Cade has size, athletic ability and the potential to be a really top hand and I hope that he makes it. Many of us have received second chances, or more, in our lives and I am a strong believer that second chances are a good thing. I hope that Lance realizes his dreams of becoming a main event level, WWE star and on a personal level I would love to see Cade in an issue with his mentor Shawn Michaels down the road.

BREAKING NEWS: Ricky Hatton to host Monday Night Raw in Sheffied

RICKY HATTON will be the special guest host of Raw when the WWE hits the Sheffield Arena next month.

Officials from the wrestling promotion told WWEAdikt the British boxing legend will head up the show when Raw rolls into South Yorkshire on November 9.

The Hitman will become the second boxer to appear on the programme after his old foe Floyd Mayweather Jr performed an identical role in August.

It is understood WWE owner Vince McMahon wanted a Brit with a big enough profile in the United States to host the company's flagship offering.

Manchester-born Hatton fits the bill perfectly, with his fights against Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao generating huge pay-per-view numbers in the States in recent years

Courtney Taylor Update: WWE Removes Profile

courtney1
ECW Diva for all of three weeks, Courtney Taylor’s WWE.com profile page has been removed.
Taylor took time off from WWE just as she was called up to the main roster and thus, lost her backstage interviewer spot to Savannah aka Angela Fong.

Fans of Courtney — real name Beverly Mullins — shouldn’t be in a hurry to rush to conclusions though, as it’s likely that because Savannah was called up in her spot, she has been moved back down to FCW. Taylor has been working FCW shows in the past month or so and is also a big favourite of John Lauirinaitis, WWE’s VP of Talent Relations.

If my theory is correct, more fool her. Not the best time to take a break and she’s found herself back at square one as a result. Courtney did a good job in the few weeks that she was present, she had a better first outing than Maria or Eve, who are now hugely popular. I think it just shows the downside of hiring ‘models’ who don’t necessarily ‘want it’ as much as ‘wrestlers’… but that’s a big ole can of worms that I won’t open today.

WWE New Talent: Scouting New 3rd Generation Diva

amyhennig

Following in the footsteps of Lacey Von Erich (didn’t work) and Natalya (worked out), WWE is reportedly scouting another third-generation female – Amy Hennig, daughter of the late ‘Mr Perfect’ Curt Hennig.

Amy has been wrestling since March 2008 under pro wrestling legend Harley Race, and according to Wrestling Observer, could wind up in FCW soon. Brother Joe Hennig is already in developmental.

The website also notes that Hennig is a ‘dead ringer’ for current Diva, Beth Phoenix and has mannerisms that are uncannily like her father.

What do you think? Will she follow Natalya’s success or stumble like Lacey?

Show:- Friday Night Smackdown
Date Aired:- Friday 30th October 2009
Arena/State Filmed:- Rochester, NY

*The show opens up with Teddy Long in the ring congratulating Team Smackdown on winning at Bragging Rights. He says that later on tonight Rey Mysterio and Batista will have a heart to heart to discuss what happened at the PPV. He talks about the title match at Survivor Series and is interrupted by Chris Jericho. Jericho says he should get the title shot, not Big Show. Long says the Bragging Rights trophy is the property of Smackdown and takes it away from Jericho. Kane interrupts and says he deserves a title shot since he was co-captain. Jericho argues with Kane, who starts choking him. Long tells Kane to let Jericho go, and he does. Long says if Raw is going to have a triple threat title match, so is Smackdown. Tonight it will be Kane vs. Jericho, and the winner gets put into the title match at Survivor Series.

*WWE Intercontinental champ Morrison vs. Dolph Ziggler. Dolph tells Morrison that he’s the only member of the SD roster that lost at Bragging Point (yes, he called it Bragging Point) and Morrison says he doesn’t recall seeing Dolph actually have a match. Ziggler wins by countout after dropping Morrison on the SD announce table.

*Backstage Vince McMahon congratulates Teddy Long on winning at Bragging Rights. CM Punk comes in and says he should be in the title match at Survivor Series and that he’d still be champ if it wasn’t for Scott Armstrong’s shoddy officiating. Vince agrees with Punk and says tonight Punk will have a match against Scott Armstrong. Punk loves the idea and thanks Vince.

*Beth Phoenix defeated a girl, I’ve never heard of before, sounded like they said Janie Butch. Beth was cheered by the crowd.

*Announced for later tonight: Cryme Tyme presents a Divas Halloween costume contest.

*Vickie Guerrero comes out dressed like a princess. She says she wants to introduce everyone to her Prince Charming, Eric Escobar. He has a match against Matt Hardy, which Hardy wins.

*Rey Mysterio is shown backstage walking to the ring, his heart to heart with Batista is next.

*Rey Mysterio comes out and talks about what happened at Bragging Rights. He says that he considers Batista family and he’s not leaving the ring until they talk about it like men. Batista comes out and asks Rey how dare he call him out. Rey says he just wants to straighten things out, Batista tells him he’s giving him a chance to leave the ring. Rey refuses to leave and tells Batista that it was a Fatal 4 Way, did he not expect him to try to win? He says Batista is like his big brother and he’s willing to let bygones be bygones, that if he had known being in the match was going to interfere with their friendship, he would have never been in the match. Batista gives Rey one last chance to leave the ring, Rey won’t go. Rey says to think about everything they’ve been through, to think about Eddy. Batista says ‘Eddy’s dead’, that he’s not thinking about Rey, he’s thinking about himself. Batista leaves the ring and walks off.

*Backstage, Matt Hardy approaches Batista and tells him to think about what he’s doing. There are things he did to Jeff that he wishes he could take back but he can’t, and that Rey and Batista really are family. Batista walks off and Matt turns around and starts texting on his cell phone, Batista comes up from behind and attacks him.

*Drew McIntyre comes out and says he didn’t want to be a part of Team Smackdown to begin with, as he will be making his own impact. He says the party is over for his opponent. Finlay comes out but Drew attacks him as he stepped on the apron. Drew beats him down. The match never officially happened. Refs comes out to help Finlay.

*The Halloween costume contest is next.

*Cryme Tyme comes out to host the Divas Halloween costume contest. The 4 divas involved were Natalya (dressed as a Matador), Layla (dressed as Michael Jackson), Michelle McCool (dressed as a devil) and Mickie James (dressed as Elektra). Each Diva does a quick routine, Mickie is picked as the winner based on crowd response. She gets attacked by the other divas but is able to take down Layla and Natalya, but McCool gets a kick to the back of Mickie’s head in. McCool walks off.

*CM Punk defeated Scott Armstrong with the GTS. Match of the year candidate (not really).

*Chris Jericho pinned Kane with the Code Breaker to gain entry into the World championship bout at the Survivor Series.

WWE Survivor Series PPV: WWE Championship Match

WWE Raw: Sheamus Traded, Shelton Benjamin

As announced on Monday Night Raw last night, Sheamus was Traded to Raw, this now makes him the Newest member of the Raw Roster.

I am Personally perplexed by this move, Don't get me wrong he is one of the biggest talents that has come out of FCW (Florida Championship Wrestling) since Jack Swagger but he was building a nice fued with Shelton Benjamin on ECW who according to sources was going to turn babyface soon.

On the other hand, Shelton Benjamin has been pushed from pillar to post recently from Smackdown back to ECW, I think he needs a ECW Championship Title shot against Christian because he has it all, the physical presence in the Ring, the mic skills and everything to become the Next ECW Champion.

WWE Raw: The Next Guest Hosts Revealed!

Sharon & Ozzy Osbourne are the Guest Hosts of Monday Night Raw next week.

Personally, This will be the best WWE Guest Host Episode of all shows since Batista took charge many months ago. Sharon for Divas Champion, I do so guess.

WWE RAW Opener:

We open with a recap video of the "Bragging Rights" pay per view last night.
Chris Jericho and Big Show (JeriShow) open tonight's show as they hit the ring with the trophy Jericho's Team Smackdown won last night due to Big Show turning on the Raw group.  Show starts by saying that despite what he did last night, he's still a proud member of the Raw roster.  Jericho interupts him by saying he doesn't have to explain.  Jericho says that Show did what he did because he's a man of loyalty to him and that supersedes his loyalty to Raw.  Big Show says there's something he needs to tell him, but Jericho says there's something also he needs to say.  He thanks Big Show for stopping D-X and punching Triple H.  He gives him kudos.
Big Show continues by saying "thanks", but he should really let him talk because he needs to tell him something.  Jericho interupts him again and says that he knows what he's going to say.  It's that Smackdown would have won regardless because Jericho was the captain.  However, Show says that what he did at the ppv was for himself.  He talked with Theodore Long and cut a deal for him to be the next opponent for The Undertakers title.  He and Jericho start arguing and they are cut off by a picture on the big screen of Raw's guest hosts tonight, Nascar's Kyle Bush and Joey Logano, who are doing donuts in the parking lot.  They then enter the arena in their race cars.  They come and enter the ring.

Kyle gets on the microphone and says that's how you make an entrance and says they're happy to be here.  He then directs Big Show and says that what he did last night wasn't approved by the fans.  He says he's with him though because he's a man's man and things happen for a reason.  He congratulates him and shakes his hand.  Logano says that he's not going to shake his hand though because what he did is weak.  Show tells Busch that he needs to tell his friend to learn some respect.  Busch agrees and calls his friend "young and dumb" and doesn't know anything about championships.  He then insults the Buffalo crowd by saying that they haven't made it to the Playoff's since Hulkamania (NFL).

Logano gets back on the mic and makes a match between Big Show and Triple H.  Jericho tells him good luck and asks the hosts if they've ever seen anything like the trophy he's holding.  He then suggests that they go to the back so he can tell him how he single-handedly won it.  Busch tells him to hold on because Joey isn't the only one who can make matches.  He says Jericho will be facing Kofi "Johnson"...although he quickly corrects himself and says Kingston...then repeats the name a couple of times to make sure we all know that he did in fact know his name.

Kofi's music hits and that match is next.

Chris Jericho vs Kofi Kingston

We're back and the match is just now getting underway.  They lock up and Kofi pushes Jericho up against the ropes, but Jericho quickly goes outside to walk around a little bit.  He gets back in and Kofi again takes him back up against the ropes, but the ref breaks it up.  He then charges Jericho, but Jericho takes advantage with a kick to the gut.  He then throws Kofi into the corner, charges, but Kofi counters with a kick.  Kofi hits a big dropkick and goes for a pin, but Jericho kicks out.
Kofi begins to work over Jericho's left arm with a couple of knees.  He goes for another cover, but only gets a two count.  Jericho regains the offense advantage and starts working over Kofi with punches and kicks, followed by a headlock.  Kofi works his way back to his feet, throws Jericho off the ropes, but is hit by a shoulder block.  Jericho then runs the ropes, but is hit with a leg kick that makes Jericho roll to the outside.  Kofi leaps through the ropes and hits him with a shoulder while he's on the outside.
They make their way back to the ring and while Kofi is delivering punches in the corner, Jericho throws him off onto his back.  The ref starts a 10 count on Kofi and makes it to 6 or so before Kingston gets up on the apron.  Jericho does his usual dropkick sequence and nails it sending Kofi to the outside mat.  This takes us to a break.

COMMERCIAL

We're back and Jericho is in control.  He applies a headlock again.  Kofi starts working his way out of the headlock with a couple of punches...goes off the ropes and Jericho tries for a knee, but Kofi reverses into a roll-up for a two count.  Jericho quickly follows with a pin of his own that only gets two.  Chris starts taunting Kofi, but is met with more punches as Kofi tries to gain momentum.  Jericho attempts a running bulldog, but Kofi counters and sends Jericho into the corner.  Kofi hits the Boom Drop and then Jericho tries the Walls of Jericho quickly after.  Kofi counters.
After a series of exchanges, Kofi goes to the top rope, but is met with a punch from Jericho.  Jericho attempts a superplex from the top, but Kofi counters and throws Jericho off face first.  He does a cross-body, but Jericho counters into a pin for a two count.  Kofi goes for the "Trouble In Paradise", but Jericho counters and tries to put the Walls of Jericho back on.  Kofi counters again into a pin for a two count.  Jericho then hits the "Code Breaker", but takes too long to pin him and Kofi kicks out at two.  Chris then argues with the referee and as he turns around, he's met with the "Trouble In Paradise".  He covers and gets the three count!

WINNER: Kofi Kingston

After The Match: While Kofi is walking up the entrance way making his way to the back, Orton comes out and attacks him and sends him off the ramp head first into the stage.  A "Cena" chant breaks out as Orton just stands at the top of the ramp with a smug look on his face.  The announces then promo the match between Triple H and Big Show, plus they put over John Cena being at Raw.  We'll be hearing from him later.

COMMERCIAL

We're back and Todd Grisham catches up with Randy Orton in the back.  He asks why he attacked Kofi and he said it was not an attack, it was justice since Kofi interfered in his match.  Todd leaves and Legacy joins him and says he was robbed last night.  They say they have a gift for him - a token of their appreciation for all he's done for them.  They reveal a race car underneath a tarp that has a picture of Orton on the hood.  He says it's incredible.  They say they have another surprise for Orton too regarding Cena.  They say it's just a matter of time until the title comes back to Legacy.  They leave and Orton stays there admiring his new car.
We then cut to the Raw guest hosts in the back with Eve.  Jack Swagger then comes and introduces himself saying that the three of them have a lot in common - they're all winners.  They ask what he wants and he says that he wants John Cena in the match for the Championship.  They say they don't know if they can swing that since he was in a 60-minute match last night.  They did say that they'd be picking his next opponent though tonight.  The Miz then interupts and says he deserves to be the next opponent for Cena at Survivor Series.  Miz got a good reaction from the crowd it seemed.

We cut to Santino and Melina making their way to the ring for a mixed tag that is next.

We come back with a promo pushing Sheamus' debut tonight on Raw.

Melina/Santino Marella vs Jillian/Chavo Guerrero

The bell sounds and we're starting off with the men.  Chavo taunts Santino and slaps him, but Santino punches him and lands a back bodydrop.  He then hits an elbow, but misses an elbow drop which allows Chavo to take over with punches and kicks.  Jillian takes a cheap shot on Santino while he's there in the corner.  Chavo goes for a pin, but a kick out.  He continues with kicks, but misses a clothesline and Santino hits a hip toss.  Chavo takes Jillian in and she slaps Santino.  He tags Melina in and she does a pretty cool reversal, but Jillian lands a huge clothesline. Hornswoggle comes out and distracts Jillian and Chavo and it allows Melina to hit her leg drop finisher thing and get the three count.  Sloppy finishing sequence by the ladies.

WINNERS: Melina and Santino Marella

After The Match:  The two of them and Hornswoggle dance and celebrate in the ring until a man in a suit comes out and hands papers to Hornswoggle.  He takes the papers to Jerry Lawler who announces that it is a "Cease and Desist" order by D-X.  By the way, Hornswoggle was still in the D-X get up.
We cut to the back where John Cena is making his way to the ring which leads us to another break.

COMMERCIAL

We come back with a video recap of the Cena/Orton match last night and Cole makes mention that this was Cena's 7th title win.  Justin Roberts tries to announce John Cena to the ring, but Legacy comes out instead (just DiBiase and Rhodes).  They head to the ring with microphones.
Cody Rhodes talks first saying that the "Champ is...not here".  Rhodes said that Cena was going to have to wait because The Legacy is here.  DiBiase says just because Orton can't fight Cena for the title, they can at Survivor Series, they will be bringing the title back to The Legacy where it belongs.  He continues by saying that they didn't ask the guest hosts for this because they didn't have to.  They are making a direct challenge to Cena.  DiBiase says that he can face one of them or both of them.  They're cut off by Cena's music and the WWE Champion makes his way to the ring.
Large "Cena" chant before he starts talking.  He finally begins and says that he doesn't have to brag about last night.  It was exactly what it was supposed to be: the very best competing in one final showdown.  He said that he can speak for Orton and that both of them were exhausted following the match.  He said the reason they went to those lengths was for them and for the WWE Championship.  They also did it for all of the fans and most importantly, they did it because the John Cena/Randy Orton rivalry needed to end and it did.
Cena then says that everyone is excited about Raw because they want to know who he'll be facing, but he mocks the idea that they're excited about his opponent being Legacy.  Rhodes says their not Randy Orton and he agrees.  Cena says that the truth is he beat Randy Orton last night and he earned the right to say "No more" to their feud, including Legacy.  He then says that if they want a shot at the Championship, they need to fall in line like everyone else and work for it because "that's how it's done around here".  He continues by saying that the two of them haven't earned it yet.  He asks the crowd and they agree.
Cena says that he was talking to the Raw guest hosts about the two of them having a match tonight and they need to get ready for their opponents.  He motions to the entrance and MVP's Music Hits.  He and Mark Henry make their way to the ring and apparently, that tag match is next.

COMMERCIAL

The Legacy vs MVP/Mark Henry

We're back and Legacy have the offense advantage.  Rhodes has just been tagged in and is working over MVP with punches.  He then puts a crossface type of headlock on him, but MVP doesn't give up.  We get a shot of Logano and Busch in the back watching the match on the monitors.  MPV finally makes a tag to Henry and he comes in fists and elbows blazing.  He then lifts Rhodes up by the neck and holds him there, but DiBiase makes the save with a clip to the back of the leg.  He then gets the tag and comes in with a ton of kicks and punches.
He takes him to their corner and he and Rhodes tag in and out a time or two taking turns with kicks and chokes.  Another tag to Rhodes he puts a headlock on Henry.  He then tries to hit MVP, but MVP counters with a punch of his own.  MVP tries to get in the ring, but the ref keeps him back while Legacy double-team Henry.  Another headlock applied to Henry by Rhodes.  Henry gets out of it by delivering a VERY high back bodydrop.  He then makes the tag and MVP comes in with suplexes, punches, and elbows on Ted DiBiase.  He then delivers the "Ballin" elbow drop.  Rhodes makes the save on the pin attempt.
MVP does a sunset flip over DiBiase into a pin and while DiBiase is wabbling trying to avoid the pin, Mark Henry clotheslines him from the ring apron and MVP gets the 3 count.

WINNERS: MVP and Mark Henry

After The Match: Randy Orton's music hits and he comes to the ring.  Orton says that apparently, the guest hosts are trying to find the next opponent for John Cena and it officially looks like that opponent will not be him.  He says that he understands the terms of their match last night, but he doesn't care..he's the former World Champion and he deseves a rematch, even if it takes him going higher than the guest hosts to get it.
Kofi then comes on the big screen and says that no one cares about Orton and he needs to get over it.  Orton says to come say that to his face and Kofi says he already is.  The camera then spans out and we see that Kofi is standing on the new stock car that Legacy had given Orton earlier.  With Orton yelling at him to not do anything to the car, Kofi starts keying his car.  He then looks at the car and asks if that's a bug on his car.  He tells Orton not to worry because he got his back.  He takes a crowbar and starts unloading on the car.  Orton just stares.
Kofi says that he's sorry he just messed up Orton's paint job.  He says "let me make it right", takes a bucket of red paint, and dumps it all over the hood of Orton's car covering the picture of Orton that was on it.  Kofi says that he doesn't think Orton's ever looked better and we go to commercial.

COMMERCIAL

We're back with a shot of a few Buffalo Bills players in the crowd and a replay of Kofi Kingston tearing up Randy's new stock car.

Eve is in the ring as the guest ring announcer.  She introduces Evan Bourne and the United States Champion, The Miz as they have a match up next.

The Miz vs Evan Bourne

They lock up and Miz takes control with some kicks.  He goes for an early cover, but a quick kick out.  He then starts choking Bourne with a knee against the second rope, followed by a belly-to-back suplex.  He places a sit down, double-arm submission and the ref asks Bourne if he wants to quit.  Bourne doesn't and Miz continues the move.  Bourne finally makes his way to his feet and after a couple of quick counters, Bourne hits a double knee drop and gets a one-count.  He then has a series of offense move with a leaping hurricarana being one of them.  Another pin, another kick out.
Miz regains control and Jack Swagger makes his way out to ringside.  He takes a microphone and says that no one is watching Miz's match.  He said that the real person everyone is watching is Eve who is sitting down at ringside.  He said or maybe it's Eve watching him and who can blame her.  Miz comes outside to confront Swagger and as they are arguing, Bourne flies with a cross body and lands on both of them.  Bourne then jumps back into the ring before the ref counts to 10 and wins the match.

WINNER (via count-out): Evan Bourne

Triple H vs Big Show still to come tonight.

COMMERCIAL

We're back and don't forget, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne are hosting Raw next week.

Jamie Noble is bouncing around the ring ready for action and we get the Raw hosts on the big screen announcing that he'll be going head to head with Raw's newest accusition, Sheamus.

Sheamus vs Jamie Noble

Prior to the match, Sheamus gets on the mic and says that it's his first night on Raw and he's here to make an impression.  The match starts and Noble hits a kick, but Sheamus hits him with a shoulder block that sends him to the outside.  Sheamus follows and runs him into the steel steps.  He rolls Noble back inside, follows him, and hits a couple of elbow drops.  He covers but pulls Noble's head up before the three count.  He then takes Noble up to his shoulder for a submission type of move.  Noble fights out and lands a couple of kicks, but Sheamus throws him into the corner.  Noble moves when Sheamus charges and tries a roll up, but Sheamus fights out and knees him multiple times in the corner.
Sheamus continues with a series of knee drops to the back of Noble's head while he's laying flat on the crowd.  Sheamus picks Noble up and hits a couple of back breakers and when Noble reaches his feet again, Sheamus hits a huge boot to the head and gets the victory.

WINNER: Sheamus

The announcers put Sheamus over as the "real deal" while we see a replay and Sheamus exits the ring.  We then cut to the back with D-X walking toward the ring and the Triple H/Big Show match is next.

COMMERCIAL

Triple H vs Big Show

Big Show and Chris Jericho (still carrying the trophy he won last night) are already in the ring once we return.  The D-X music then hits and Triple H and Shawn Michaels make their way to the ring. The bell sounds and they lock up, but after Triple H gets away, he gets a microphone and says that the Raw guest hosts made a change to the match.  It's now a Lumberjack match and the lumberjacks are all the guys Big Show screwed over last night.  Henry, Swagger, Chris Masters, MVP, Rhodes, Santino some others come out and send Jericho takes off through the crowd to the back.
Shawn then takes the microphone and says that the match is also a No Disqualifications match.  He dismisses the official and says they have a special referee for tonight's match.  John Cena's music hits and he comes out in a ref shirt.  Once in the ring, Big Show charges Triple H, but Triple H ducks and pulls down the top rope sending him to the outside.  The lumberjacks start beating on Show as we go to a break.

COMMERCIAL

We're back and both are back in the ring.  Big Show has the offense, but Triple H quickly gets control.  He jumps on Show's back and applies a sleeper which Big Show breaks by flipping Hunter over his shoulders.  Big Show charges Triple H, but H moves and attempts a bodyslam, but Show falls on him.  Big Show lifts Hunter up by his hair, throws him off the ropes, but Hunter kicks him.  He then runs at Show but is met with a huge spear.
Big Show then starts standing on top of Hunter near the ropes as Shawn and the other lumberjacks look on.  Show then delivers a series of slaps to the chest in the corner.  The men outside the ring start rallying the crowd behind Hunter and he starts battling back with punchs, but Big Show hits a sidewalk slam.  Cover and a kick out at two.  Big Show then starts squeezing Hunter's shoulder and delievers four headbutts.  Hunter does the crotch chop taunting Show but that only pisses him off.  He hits a bodyslam and as he runs the ropes, Chris Masters grabs his leg.  Show grabs him and brings him into the ring and takes him out with a big punch.  This allows Hunter to regain the offense though as the match continues.

As Hunter is trying to take Big Show down with some running shoulder blocks, Big Show finally catches up and attempts a chokeslam.  Hunter reverses it into a DDT.  Big Show goes for the Pedigree, but Show reverses it with a back bodydrop.   With Hunter down near the corner, Big Show goes to the second rope and hits a splash.  He covers Triple H, but as Cena is counting, right before three, he jumps up holding his hand like he hurt it.  Show gets up and gets in his face as Cena smiles and tells him to turn around.
He gets drop-kicked by a couple lumberjacks and then all of them come in taking turns on him.  Bourne nails his Shooting Star Press and Santino gets in and starts mocking him.  He chokeslams him but is then nailed with the "Trouble In Paradise" by Kofi.   Cena follows it with the Attitude Adjustment.  Michaels is now in the ring hits the Sweet Chin Music, followed by the Pedigree from Triple H.  A cover and Cena counts to three.

WINNER: Triple H

After The Match:  The Raw guest hosts come back out while Cena, Michaels, and Triple H are standing in the ring.  They thank the crowd for letting them guest host the show.  Kyle says that they've been thinking all night about who should face Cena at Survivor Series for the title.  He says they couldn't agree until one guy made them agree.  Hornswoggle's Music Hits and they announce that at Survivor Series, it's going to be a triple threat beween Cena, Michaels, and Triple H for the WWE Championship.  We go off the air with them staring each other down in the ring after just hearing the news.

Jerry Lawler puts it over as "every man for himself" at Survivor Series.

Big Show is there and says that's true, no one on the team does like D-X. Hornswoggle comes in dressed in D-X garb after HBK said the next person they see will replace Jack Swagger if he doesn't want to be on their team, as he claims. Just a whole joke segment.

World Title:
(Fatal Fourway)
-The Undertaker(c) vs. Rey Mysterio vs. CM Punk vs. Batista

Match begins with Batista chasing Punk out of the ring. He chases him back in the ring and Taker catches him coming in with a clothesline. Rey is in now and is unloading on Undertaker. Taker quickly responds with a big boot to calm him down. Batista and Rey argue over who to try a pin attempt on Taker. Rey finally goes to pin him but Taker grabs him by the throat from his back. Batista hits the Batista-Bomb on Taker and tries a pin but Rey interferes, pulling Batista off so he can try the pin himself. Taker kicks out and Batista-Rey argue over what just happened. Batista clears Punk from the ring. Rey dives onto Batista but Batista catches him and launches him at Rey. This allows Taker to hit Batista with the Tombstone for the pinfall victory.

Winner and STILL World champion: The Undertaker

After The Match: Batista & Mysterio Duke It Out
After the match, Josh Matthews comes in the ring to interview Batista and Mysterio. He asks how it felt to be so close to becoming new champion. Rey tries hugging Batista. Batista gets mad and says he's sick of Mysterio stabbing him in the back. Rey tries calming him down but Batista clotheslines him down. Batista grabs Rey by the throat as Rey begs Batista to stop. Batista flings him into the guard-rail. Batista goes to leave but kicks Mysterio one more time for good measure.

Team RAW vs. Team SMACKDOWN
-D-X, Mark Henry, Big Show, Kofi Kingston, Jack Swagger & Cody Rhodes vs. Chris Jericho, Kane, Matt Hardy, Finlay, R-Truth & The Hart Dynasty

The SmackDown team has blue SD! shirts on. Team RAW has red RAW shirts on. Well, D-X has their own D-X shirts on. Swagger's shirt is ripped off early into the match, so he's the only "skin" to the rest of the "shirts." Now that the attire recap is out of the way, back to the match! Very good match. The finish came when Big Show screwed over his teammates on RAW and hit the knockout punch on Triple H. This allows Jericho to pick up the pin on Kingston for the victory.

Winners: Team SmackDown

WWE Title:- (Iron Man Match)
-Randy Orton (c) vs. John Cena

Early in the match, Cena slaps the STF on Orton. Orton taps out almost immediately, putting Cena up one fall to none. After the restart, we get a rest spot already (about five minutes into the match). Not a good sign! Cena hits a leg drop off the top rope. He does his "you can't see me" 5-Knuckle Shuffle spot. Before he can drop the punch, Orton pops up and hits an RKO out of nowhere for a clean pinfall. Things are even now with each man holding a fall over the other. So e're all tied up. On the floor, an announce table is cleared off and Orton blasts Cena with one of the announcer's monitors. Orton slams a microphone into Cena's head next. Cena is bleeding now. A trainer tries looking at Cena's cut but Cena pushes him aside and bull-charges Orton. Orton cuts him off in his tracks and is again in control of the offense. We have a double-pin spot for the next fall, so each man gains a point. It's 2 to 2 now. Soon thereafter, Cena hits the Attitude Adjustment off the top for a pinfall and another point. The score is 3-2 Cena now. Legacy runs down and is beating down Cena now. They pull Orton across Cena's body and Orton gets the pinfall, tieing things up again. The score is now 3 to 3. Kofi Kingston comes down with a chair to chase Legacy to the back. Orton slams Cena into some equiptment and we get a pyro explosion spot. Orton throws Cena into more props and we get more explosion pyro stuff. Orton pins Cena and regains the upper hand now, with the score being 4 for Orton and 3 for Cena. Still a while to go in this Iron Man match though. A few falls later, the score is now tied again at 5 and 5. Only about ten minutes left in this Iron Man match, so our finish is coming soon. Orton gets mad at a situation and knocks out the ref. Time is almost up in the Iron Man time limit. Cena is down and Orton is waiting for him to get up to land the punt finisher. Cena avoids it and slaps on the STF. Orton eventually taps, giving Cena the edge in the score, 6 to 5. Time expires and we have a new WWE champion.

Winner and NEW WWE champion: John Cena

Jim 'JR' Ross Update: After Air Flight Drama

JIM ROSS is recovering at home after suffering a Bell's Palsy attack on his way to this week's Smackdown taping.

The WWE commentator was taken ill during a flight from Oklahoma to South Carolina.

Bell's Palsy is a paralysis of the facial nerve and leaves victims unable to control their muscles on the affected side.

Ross received medication to slow down the disorder but was ruled out of filming this week's show and faces a race against time to be fit for Sunday's Bragging Rights pay-per-view.

He said: "Life is about facing the challenges we encounter so I am going to do all I can to get better and back at the announce desk ASAP.

"Jerry Lawler and Michael Cole will handle Smackdown from Columbia. My thanks to everyone for understanding this matter.

"Better days are on the horizon."

John Cena: Is he on his way to Smackdown?

The hot topic among professional wrestling fans this week is whether or not John Cena is headed to Smackdown after Bragging Rights.

John Cena to Smackdown

On this week's episode of Raw, the writers, the commentators, and John Cena went above and beyond to send home the point that the former WWE Heavyweight Champion could be on his way out of the brand.

At Bragging Point, John Cena will challenge Randy Orton for the title. If he loses the match, then he will be forced to move over to the Smackdown brand (don't even entertain the idea that he would ever be sent to ECW).

With that big pay per view stipulation and the emphasis on Raw, wrestling fans were left to wonder if John Cena will finally return to Smackdown.

Over the Top

It's easy to understand that WWE needed to sell the storyline pretty heavily on Raw last night, but for long time wrestling fans, it did feel like a bit of an insult to our intelligence.

First of all, WWE did the right thing by having John Cena losing cleanly to Triple H last night. Sure, you want your top challenger to look strong going into the pay per view, but the lost was done to set the tone for his realization that he could have wrestled his last match on Raw.

Everyone tried to make it seem as if a departure from Raw would be the end of the world. It wouldn't. He's still going to be a part of WWE. This isn't like he's leaving WWE to join another company.

It's a marketing strategy that is aimed towards the fans with lesser intelligence. Those that know better are just going to shake their head and then brush it off.

Highly Unlikely

While it's not completely impossible, it's highly unlikely that John Cena would be moved to the Smackdown brand after Bragging Rights.

Regardless of what anyone tries to say, Raw is the main brand in WWE. It will always be the main brand as long as Vince McMahon sees it that way. No amount of talk from the wrestlers, fans, or announcers is ever going to be able to change that.

John Cena is the top star in WWE.

A lot of people are going to want to disagree with that, but the fact is, Vince McMahon believes that. In his world, John Cena is the top star. Since his world controls what happens in WWE, that makes it a fact.

So, the logical thing to do would be for the company to keep their top star on the top brand.

Another thing to factor in is that if you take John Cena away from Raw, you lose out on a top babyface without a replacement in line.

Triple H and Shawn Michaels are more than capable of taking over that role right now, but the company seems to favor them remaining as a duo. Merchandise sales for DX products have been doing well, and the company would love to milk it for as much as they can before it eventually ends.

Guys like Carlito, Evan Bourne, Festus, Primo, Mark Henry, MVP, and Santino Marella are just not quite there at that level. Some of them will never be able to step into the top babyface spot.

Closing Thoughts

I'll be willing to bet big money that we're going to see John Cena on Raw next week. You can bet on that.

New WWE Talent: The Full Nigel McGuinness Story and Bryan Danielson Update

It is believed that Nigel McGuinness signed a two-year deal with TNA.

WrestlingINC.com is reporting that McGuinness approached TNA about working out a deal when WWE decided to pull its previous offer after he failed a prescreening procedure. McGuinness' prescreening reportedly turned up several injury issues. The screening led to WWE backing off on their interest in signing him. This reportedly happened 5-6 days ago, and McGuinness was instructed to keep quiet when asked about his WWE status. It should be noted that he suffered two torn biceps and a pair of concussions during his time in Ring of Honor.

TNA had attempted to sign McGuinness in the past, but he had originally agreed to a new deal with ROH and TNA instead hired Doug Williams. WrestlingINC.com reports that TNA president Dixie Carter is also a big fan of McGuinness and has been for quite some time.

We're also told that his new ring name in TNA, Desmond Wolf, was something he came up with and the new doctrine in TNA is to use new names so they can trademark them. This was done so that he could keep the McGuinness name and so TNA could trademark the new name.

ROH officials did not know that McGuinness signed with TNA until he showed up in Orlando yesterday.

WrestlingINC.com is also reporting that any earlier reports suggesting that Bryan Danielson was also on his way to TNA are not true as he recently passed the prescreening process and is expected to debut anytime now. Danielson also expressed zero interest in ever working for TNA several years ago.

Current TNA Talent jumping back to WWE?

According to sources, the word at Sunday's TNA Bound For Glory PPV was that TNA would not be renewing Booker T's contract when it expires in November. There was said to be talk that TNA President Dixie Carter would have a change of heart if Booker said the right things, but every indication right now is that he sealed his fate when he refused to job to Matt Morgan at the last set of iMPACT! TV tapings.

Creative booked the stretcher angle at the PPV to get him out of the match. We're told there was lots of eye rolling backstage over the way he acted as he was being stretchered out. One TNA source even added, "He's been such an asshole that most people were just happy to see him go."

The belief is that WWE has interest in bringing Booker back to the company once he is contractually available.

WWE Bound Talent Jumps to TNA Instead, Why?

Former Ring of Honor Champion Nigel McGuinness is backstage at the TNA tapings today. Nigel and ROH officials indicated that he had agreed in principle with WWE but it appears as though he is signing with TNA instead.

There has also been some buzz that Bryan Danielson might be headed to TNA as well but that is not confirmed.

The early talk is that WWE dragged its feet on signing the duo, so TNA swooped in and signed Nigel.

WWE Raw: Official Report, October 19th 2009

Show: WWE Raw
Date: October 19th 2009

WWE RAW Opener

Snoop Dogg opens the show pulling up in a hot ride with the Bella Twins and Eve. They get in the ring, dance a little bit and he grabs the mic. He says he's a huge fan of WWE and his mindset is all business and not personal. He also says that this Sunday (at "Bragging Rights") that Raw was going to beat the hell out of Smackdown. He brings up John Cena's potential last night on Raw and his match against Triple H. He says that since Cena is in a match, it's only fair for Randy Orton to wrestle as well. Orton will face Ted DiBiase, Jr. later tonight. Not only that, Shawn Michaels will wrestle Chris Jericho.

He then introduces D-X and they make their way to the ring.

Michaels and Triple H make their usual entrance and grab mics. Hunter puts Snoop Dogg over again and says that anytime you have Snoop Dogg on the show, you have to have white guys come out and try to talk "his language". They make a few slang jokes and then get to business with "Bragging Rights". They say they have a team of "epic proportions" going against Team Smackdown (the likes of which show up on the big screen). Crowd actually boos Smackdown when they're mentioned, although they did cheer Cryme Tyme. Hunter and Shawn mock the heels of the team and really put Drew McEntyre and Eric Escobar claiming they have no idea who they are. They say that Smackdown's team fails in comparison to the team they've put together and Team Raw makes their way out to the ring.

The members of Team Raw all make their way out to the ring and they go down the line introducing each of them individually and while Shawn mentions them, Triple H makes the jokes. They get to Jack Swagger and Shawn says "American" 18 times as the joke against his "All American American" moniker. He then gets to Cody Rhodes and doesn't say anything and Rhodes grabs the microphone and introduces himself. Rhodes says if the team captains were based on talent, he would be the captain. He goes on to say that at the ppv, he may not tag anyone else in and he'll beat Team Smackdown by himself.

Big Rhodes then gets in his face and says that he doesn't care if he respects D-X, but he will respect him. He continues saying that if at anytime, if he thinks Rhodes (or anyone else) is going to let the team down, he'll take them out himself. Henry then asks if that's a threat and says if it is, then the two of them are definitely going to have a problem. Swagger gets the mic next and says he's miles ahead of both them athletically and on Sunday, they need to stand back, look intimidating, and let him do the work. Kofi breaks the commotion up saying that their fighting is exactly what Smackdown wants and they need to all get on the same page.

Kofi doesn't use his Jamaican accent and Triple H calls him out on it asking where it went. Shawn then gets the mic and they brush that off quickly saying that Kofi is right and that five of them have a tag team match coming up. Hunter says that if anyone of them gets beaten in that match, the person that beats them will take their place.

That match starts right now!

COMMERCIAL

Rhodes/Swagger/Big Show/Kofi/Mark Henry vs MVP/Chavo Guerrero/Evan Bourne/Primo/Chris Masters Kofi and Chavo

Are going at it when we return with Kofi getting the better of him. He tags Big Show and Mark Henry in at the same time and while they are arguing for a second, Rhodes runs in, but gets drop-kicked quickly. MVP then comes in and takes over for a few minutes until he tags in Evan Bourne. Bourne goes for a quick cover but Rhodes kicks out. Primo gets tagged in and the two of them go back and forth some. Rhodes hits the Cross Roads, but Swagger tags himself in and makes the quick pin.

WINNERS: Rhodes, Swagger, Big Show, Kofi, and Mark Henry

After the match, an argument between all five of them takes place and a fight breaks out with Big Show being the last man standing.

They then show a replay of last week's main event when Ted DiBiase steals the win from Randy Orton. The two of them will be fighting later tonight. It cuts to the back with Josh Matthews interviewing DiBiase. He says that last week, he didn't do anything Orton wouldn't do when he pinned him. He's a competitor and he wins. He said that Orton hasn't returned any of his calls and all of a sudden, Orton shows up. Orton says he betrayed him and DiBiase asks whether or not he would do the same thing if Orton was him. Orton says if I were you, I wouldn't fight back in their match later tonight and "finally show me the respect that I deserve". He said if he does that, there's a chance he will not throw him out of Legacy. He said if he does decide to fight, then he'll regret it for the rest of his life.

COMMERCIAL

Randy Orton vs Ted DiBiase, Jr.

The two come to the middle of the ring and stare each other down for a second before separating. They then come back to the middle of the ring and hesitate before Orton finally kicks DiBiase in the stomach. Ted slowly rises and is hit with an uppercut. As it rises to his knees, a close up of his face shows him getting pissed. He still doesn't fight back though and gets a boot to the head by Orton. Orton bends down and starts taunting him before kicking his knee and then his stomach. He gets down into the face of DiBiase again and yells at him asking if he wants to him. Orton keeps stomping away and finally, DiBiase comes to his feet and gets into the face of Orton. Crowd is really behind DiBiase. Orton pie-faces him three times and pushes him off the ropes and DiBiase comes off and pushes Orton.

It looks like he wants to fight him, but he hesitates and dosn't. "Teddy" chant breaks out, but with DiBiase nearly in tears, he starts slowly settling down as Orton comes back and gets in his face waiting for him to do what it is he's going to do. DiBiase starts looking down at the ground and Orton grabs his face before deliving the RKO and geting the three-count.

WINNER: Randy Orton

COMMERCIAL

Lou Albano tribute plays during the commercial break. We then get a sneak peak of Snoop Dogg's "Gangsta Luv" song.

We're back with Snoop Dogg and the ladies in the back. Hornswoggle then comes in, but is followed by Chavo. He puts over to Snoop Dogg how he's a Guerrero and he deserves some love. Jillian then comes in and says she demands a Diva title rematch tonight. She then starts "singing" Gin and Juice. Santino then comes dressed like Charlie Brown and acting "gangsta" until Snoop Dogg finally kicks them all out.

I'm now getting a message that Raw is experiencing technical difficulties.

We're back and Lawler and Cole promote the Jericho/Michaels match for later tonight. John Cena is shown in the back and his match with Triple H is next.

John Cena vs Triple H

Cena's out first, followed by Triple H. Prior to Triple H coming out, a "Cena" chant breaks out and he smiles an appreciative smile as this could be his last night on Raw (at least that's the way the announcers put it over). Bell sounds, they lock up and go to the mat with a lot of takes downs and reversals. Cena takes Hunter up onto his shoulders early, but Triple H quickly jumps off and takes a breather. A headlock take down by Cena. Triple H gets up, irish whip and Cena its a shoulder block followed by a hip top and a two-count. The ref backs Cena up so Hunter can get up.

They tie back up, lock hands and do a test of power with Cena getting the leverage until Triple H hits him with a knee. He then runs Cena into one of the turnbuckle corners. Cena throws a combination of punches and then charges Hunter, but is hit by a clothesline. Hunter goes for a cover, but Cena kicks out. Hunter whips Cena into the corner hard and Cena goes down. Large "Cena" chant breaking out. Another hard throw and Cena goes crashing back-first into the other corner. Two count, followed by a third irish whip into the corner. Hunter attempts a pedigree, but Cena reverses and launches Hunter to the corner flipping him over it and we take a break.

COMMERCIAL

We're back and Hunter has the advantage. He hits a back-breaker on Cena, goes for a pin, but gets another two count. Hunter starts working over Cena's back with some knees and ramming him into the corner repeatedly. Cena starts trying to come back and they trade punches in the middle of the ring. Cena finally gets the upperhand with the punches and goes off the ropes, ducks a clothesline and hits a shoulder block. He goes back off the ropes for another shoulder block but Triple H ducks and Cena lands hard on the mat. When Cena quickly tries to take Hunter back up on his shoulders, Hunter jumps off and goes back to the knee. Cena suckers him in and while Hunter approaches him, Cena takes him down and tries to get his STF submission on him, but Triple H gets to the ropes.

Cena starts getting some offense in hitting a fisherman suplex, but Triple H reverses a bulldog. Triple H goes for a pedigree, but Cena reverses into the STF and locks it on. Triple H claws his way to the bottom rope, but before he can reach it, Cena drags him back to the middle of the ring. Triple H gets to the bottom rope, gets up and hits the Pedigree. He goes for the cover, but Cena gets his foot up on the rope.

COMMERCIAL

We're back and Hunter again has the advantage. They show a replay from the break and Hunter threw Cena into the ring steps on the outside. Hunter counters another Attitude Adjustement attempt and locks a Figure Four on him. It shows Orton in the back watching the match as Cena reaches the ropes and breaks the hold. A couple of shoulder blocks from Cena, another slam, and the Five Knuckle Shuffle. He measures, takes Hunter up on his shoulders again, but Hunter counters and hits a couple of knees. A clothesline and a big spinebuster. Hunter then hits another pedigree, goes for the pin, but Cena kicks out! He tries for another one, but Cena takes him up and hits the Attitude Adjustment, but Hunter kicks out of that! Real good match up this point.

Cena goes to the top rope with Michael Cole putting over how rarely he does it. He tries a leg drop, but Hunter gets out of the way. He goes for another Pedigree, Cena counters into an Attitude Adjustment attempt, Hunter counters into a third Pedigree and finally gets the three count.

WINNER: Triple H

After the match, Cena slowly rises while Triple H rests on the corner. Hunter goes off and in a sign of respect, he helps Cena up and shakes his hand. Big ovation from the crowd for that. Triple H exits and Cena stays in the ring. Hunter's music stops and we hear a vague "Cena" chant as Orton is shown watching again from the back. Cena salutes the crowd and disappointed, he leaves the ring. He throws his arms up when he reaches the top of the entrance ramp.

COMMERCIAL

Miz vs Some Jobber/Nope...Marty Jannetty

Before the ref could announce the jobber's name, Snoop Dogg comes on and says that Marty Jannetty is his opponent tonight due to what Miz said about him on Smackdown this past week. Bell sounds and we're underway...

Miz backs Jannetty into the corner and pushes him before being slapped by Jannetty. Jannetty goes for a quick roll-up, but gets a two count. Jannetty's offense doesn't last long before Miz hits a "brutal" clothesline. He then locks in a sleeper. Lots of "Marty" chants by the crowed. Marty comes to his feet and delivers a suplex. A high elbow followed by a clothesline and then a back body slam. Marty goes to the top rope and delivers a fist. Two count. Attempted bodyslam, but Miz reverses. A back and forth exchange between the two before Miz hits the Skull Crushing Finale and gets the win.

Winner: The Miz

We see Chavo Guerrero talking with Jillian in the back, but can't hear what they're saying, as we go to break. The Diva's Championship match between Jillian and Melina (won the title last week) is next.

COMMERCIAL

DIVA'S CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH: Melina (c) vs Jillian

Bell sounds and as soon it does, Chavo (who's on the outside) jumps on and distracts the ref so Jillian can get the early advantage. She throws Melina into the corner, tries to charge her, but Melina counters. Chavo gets back up on the apron, but Hornswoggle comes out of nowhere and pulls him off the apron. Melina hits her finisher and gets the quick victory.

WINNER: Melina

After the match, Chavo catches Hornswoggle in the ring but Snoop Dogg runs out. Chavo pushes Hornswoggle down and pushes Snoop a few times. Hornswoggle gets on all fours behind Chavo and Snoop Dogg hits a clothesline. Chavo takes off his shirt and him and Snoop Dogg circle. Chavo charges with a clothesline, Snoop ducks, and lands a big spear. Chavo leaves and Snoop Dogg, Hornswoggle, and a host of divas (Bella's, Gail Kim, Kelly Kelly, and Eve I believe is all of them) come out and they all dance together.

COMMERCIAL

We're back and get a video recap of the Orton/Cena build up followed by Cole and Lawler running down the "Bragging Rights" pay per view this Sunday.

We see Chris Jericho in the back walking and he'll be facing Shawn Michaels next.

COMMERCIAL

Kyle Busch & Joey Logano to host Raw next week, by the way.

Shawn Michaels vs Chris Jericho

Jericho makes his way out to the ring, followed by HBK and we're underway. During Shawn's entrance, Cole did put over how HBK has been on Raw since the beginning 16 years ago. Jericho grabs a mic prior to the match and says that he could knock him out right now if he wanted to, but he didn't have to. He said Team Smackdown has an advantage because he's the captain and he's the best in the world. He said he used his leadership skills to form the better team that is going to defeat Team Raw this weekend. He said "we're" going to start right now with Shawn and Cryme Tyme's music hits as they enter the ring from the crowd. Shawn jumps out of the ring and Kane's music hits. He also comes out from the crowd followed by Ziggler, Escobar, and McEntyre. They all get in the ring and Kane's pyro explodes with Shawn still on the outside.

Jericho starts to talk, but the D-X music cuts him off and Hunter comes out followed by the rest of Team Raw. They come and stand by Michaels before getting into the ring and squaring off against Team Smackdown.

The two teams face each other in the middle and Hunter starts talking. He congratulates Jericho saying that he's done the impossible by giving Team Raw something that his team can all agree on: they don't like him or his show. He said although his team may have walked on to this show, they're about to get thrown off of it.

Enter Vickie Guerrero and her "Excuse Me".

She said that she can see where this is going, but the crowd forces her to continue excusing herself. She says as the "official consultant" of Team Smackdown, she will not allow this to happen. She says that Shawn and Hunter want a fight and they're going to get one, but it's not going to happen until this Sunday. She orders Team Smackdown to leave the ring and the arena now. A loud "You Suck" chant breaks out and Hunter gets on the mic telling Jericho and his team that they heard Vickie. He says to leave because he wouldn't want to get in trouble. He then says that Jericho is already in trouble because he works for Vickie Guerrero and the fight breaks out between all the men.

We go off the air with the fight continuing between the two teams.

BREAKING NEWS: Shane McMahon Resigns from WWE

It is with great sadness that I announce my resignation from the WWE, effective January 1, 2010.

I have never even considered a future outside the walls of the WWE. However, sometimes life takes an unexpected turn and while it is the most difficult decision I have ever made, it is time for me to move on.

First and foremost, I would like to thank my father for the incredible education working with him has provided and for giving me the opportunity to play a role in building WWE into the global phenomenon that it is today. I am extremely proud to have been the 4th generation in this business, and I am grateful for everyday I was able to work along side not only my own, but the entire WWE family.

Thank you to all of the WWE Superstars both past and present for your passion, pride and dedication. You are truly the engine of the organization and it has been a pleasure to work with, learn from and get to know all of you. Thank you for the privilege of sharing the stage with you and for allowing me to become but a momentary member of your elite brotherhood. I have so much appreciation for the many sacrifices you endure, both physically and personally, to make this business the success that it is. The respect I have for each of you is immeasurable.

Finally, there are no words to express my gratitude to WWE fans the world over for supporting this company through good times and bad and for your unbridled passion that fuels the Superstars’ performances. I am profoundly grateful to have been able to entertain you both in front of the camera and from behind the scenes. You are the greatest fans in the world.

I will always love this business and will remain a fan forever.

Shane
