CHICAGO — If you’ve read Bob Barker’s autobiography “Priceless Memories,” you know the former Price Is Right host has seen many strange things during his 50 years in show business. Yet, even the wildest Showcase Showdown moment couldn’t prepare Barker for his stint as Raw’s celebrity guest host. From a Body Slam Challenge between two of WWE’s largest Superstars to a battle between DX and the unique combination of Randy Orton & Chris Masters, the final Raw before Sunday’s WWE Breaking Point was one to remember.
-Bob Barker kicked off The Price is Raw
-Montel Vontavious Porter def. Chris Jericho
-DX spun The Price is Raw wheel
*As luck would have it, the unique combination of WWE Champion Randy Orton & Chris Masters came up, giving Triple H & Shawn Michaels reason to smile.
-Evan Bourne def. Chavo Guerrero
-John Cena def. Cody Rhodes by disqualification
-It was announced that Batista returns to Raw next Monday.
*After suffering an injury at the hands of WWE Champion Randy Orton in June, Batista will make his return on next Monday’s Raw. On this can’t-miss night, The Animal will make a major, career-altering announcement.
-Mark Henry def. Big Show in a Body Slam Challenge
-Tonight was announced that former WWE diva Trish Stratus announced as next Monday’s Raw guest host
-Bob Barker battled Chavo Guerrero in the locker room
-DX def. WWE Champion Randy Orton & Chris Masters
*After the match, Cody and Ted pull Randy out of the ring and Shawn and Hunter follow after them. They fight to the back. Meanwhile, Randy Orton waits around the ramp.
Hunter, Shawn, Ted, and Cody fight into the hallway. They fight onto a table and then the battle goes outside. Cody has a chair while Ted gets the car. Shawn avoids the chair. Ted carjacks someone as he leaves with Cody.
Meanwhile, back in the ring, Randy Orton talks about the look of disappointment on the faces of DX. He says that they better get used to it because on Sunday, Cody and Ted are going to make DX submit. Randy says that he will retain the WWE Title in the main event. He says that is what he lives for. It is all that he considers important in his life.
John Cena comes out and he comes to the ring and he attacks Orton. Orton goes to the floor and Cena follows after him. Cena sends Orton onto the announce table. Orton returns to the ring and he gets Cena as he re-enters the ring and hits an IEDDT. Orton gets a chair and he sets it up in the center of the ring. Orton picks up Cena’s limp body and he hits an RKO onto the chair.
